Privacy Policy

Yvonne Ruckert considers your privacy very important. We will therefore process and use your data in a safe way, entirely in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation. This privacy statement explains what information we collect from you and why we do this. You can also read in this statement what your rights are with regard to this processing. Article 1 Who are we?

Yvonne Ruckert is a sole proprietorship, located in (7577 CL) Oldenzaal at Duivekervel 77. We are registered in the trade register of the Chamber of Commerce under number 56327668. We are the data controller of your personal data.

Article 2 What data do we use?

Here you can find an overview of the data we process from you, why we do this, what legal basis we have for being able to process this data from you and how long we will keep this data.

We process your name, address, place of residence, date of birth, telephone number, e-mail, website, company details and other data required to optimally provide our services to you to enable the execution of the agreement. You can think of the login details of the systems in which you want us to work. We use this information to make you a satisfied customer for the duration of our agreement. We keep this information for 1 year after our agreement. We will remove your login data within 2 months after the execution of our assignment.

To manage your order, we will keep your name, delivery address, billing address, email, phone number, purchase history and payment information in our customer file for up to 7 years after the conclusion of our agreement. We do this by virtue of execution and possible amendment of the agreement.

We find it important to maintain the relationship with you as a customer. For our CRM system we therefore store your name, date of birth, address, place of residence, profile picture, website, telephone number, e-mail, correspondence, company details and agreements. You have given permission for this by entering into an agreement with us. We will keep this data for 1 year after the last invoice date.

For invoicing and financial administration, we process your name or that of your contact person, company name, invoice address, Chamber of Commerce number, VAT number, order details, bank details and outstanding balance. Without this information we cannot process your payment. We therefore need this information for the execution of the agreement. According to a legal obligation of the tax authorities we need to keep this data for 7 years.

If you unexpectedly have a complaint about our services, we will process your name, e-mail, phone number, order number and the content of this complaint in order to come to the best possible solution for you. We use this information for an optimal execution of the agreement. We will delete data relating to the complaint 1 year after completion.

Office Support etc. has a commercial interest in using some of your personal data for marketing purposes. We process your first name, e-mail, ip-address and social media account for direct marketing and social media marketing. We will remove these data as soon as you unsubscribe from our newsletter or indicate not to be contacted by us anymore.

To enable and optimize this website we use analytics and retargeting services. We have a commercial interest to use your surfing behavior and related data to analyze and improve our service where necessary. We will track your use of our website with Google Analytics and a Facebook Pixel and are hereby bound to the retention periods of Google.

These analytics services make use of cookies. Cookies are small pieces of information that are sent to your browser when you visit this website and then stored on the hard drive or in the memory of the device you use to visit my website. These cookies will not damage your devices.

To enable us to post reviews of our services, we process your name and the content of your message. And when you want to contact us via the website, we ask for your name, e-mail and phone number. With the posting of your message or by sending the contact form, this data becomes visible to us. Reviews of my services may be placed on our website for commercial reasons and will be deleted after 3 years at the latest. The data of a sent contact form we remove as soon as the contact request is completed, unless there is an agreement resulting from it.

Finally, we process your habits, lifestyle, social contacts, travel behavior and other problems you encounter. We use these data for possible market research. We delete this data no later than 1 year after completion of the research.

Article 3 How do we obtain this data?

The above data we have obtained from you as a customer, contact person or website visitor, because you have provided this information to us. In addition, we may process some data about you as a person that we have insight into through our customers, to help with their business.

We provide a processor agreement to our clients that states how we secure your personal data.

Finally, we may have obtained your data as a reseller of ActiveCampain.

Article 4 What rights do you have with respect to this data?

The General Data Protection Regulation has given you a number of rights in relation to the personal data that you have had processed by us.

  1. Inspection – You can at all times make a request to Yvonne Ruckert to see your data.
  2. Modification – If you want to change, correct, supplement, shield or delete your data, you can submit a request. You can also change a number of data in your personal account.
  3. Objection – You can object to the processing of your data.
  4. Data transfer – If you wish to transfer your data to another provider, we will provide your data in a structured and commonly used form that can be accessed by common digital systems.
  5. Withdrawal – If we have processed data on the basis of your explicit consent, you have the right to withdraw this consent. This may have consequences for the services we can provide to you.

To exercise your rights, please send a request to privacy@yvonneruckert.nl. We will review your request as soon as possible. If we cannot comply with your request, we will let you know why we reject it.

Article 5 Who receives your data?

Yvonne Ruckert will not provide your information to third parties, unless this is necessary for business operations or from a legal obligation is required. Your details may be passed on to processors and external advisors for the purpose of executing the agreement. We conclude processing agreements with these third parties to protect your privacy. We will not sell your data to third parties.

We encourage you to periodically review this privacy statement as we may make changes to the policy.
